Turning a Corner?

As the calendar has flipped over for 2012 and we rolled through January, I was quite surprised to look at my tour sheet for the month and see what a huge increase in tours I had for the beginning of the year.  Up 30% over January last year.  I think that many in the business will concur:  we've turned a corner.  The market is changing -- and for the better.  Activity is just the beginning.  It translates into offers and ultimately sales.  We've been hearing that things in Silicon Valley have been "hot" for the last 6-8 months.  I think that we may finally be seeing the increased activity moving south to the Monterey Peninsula as well.
